ForSubs is a platform that allows YouTube creators to verify subscriber status and deliver exclusive perks to their subscribers. The service uses YouTube API Services to verify subscriptions.

3. YouTube Policy Compliance

ForSubs is designed to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and policies. Users must:

• Not use ForSubs to artificially inflate subscriber counts or engagement metrics
• Not offer perks in exchange for subscribing (perks are for existing subscribers only)
• Not violate YouTube's fake engagement policy
• Comply with YouTube's contest and giveaway guidelines when running contests

Important: ForSubs is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

4. Contest and Giveaway Rules

If you use ForSubs to run contests or giveaways, you must:

• Provide official contest rules
• Ensure the contest is free to enter (no purchase necessary)
• Clearly state that YouTube is not a sponsor
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not manipulate metrics or require engagement beyond verification

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or files
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate intellectual property rights

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

ForSubs offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ForSubs. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

ForSubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
